Samsung is working on AI-Integrated Image-to-Vidio feature, Tipster claims

Samsung is allegedly working on a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature that can turn images into a video. According to a tipster, the South Korean tech giant is developing an AI-managed image-to-video feature that can turn any photo in the user’s gallery to “a few-second-long” video. There are no other details about the available feature, but it is likely to be part of the company’s Galaxy AI Suit of Features, and can be introduced with the upcoming One 8.0 operating system (OS) update in the coming months.

One in Post On X (East was known as Twitter), Tipster Pandflash claimed that Samsung is developing an image-to-video AI feature for future smartphones. The tipster also states that this feature can create a few-second-lumb video using a single image as a reference. No other details were shared.

A few days after the company announced, it has been reported that the Honor 400 series will have an image-to-video tool that can produce a five-second-length video with images as inputs. Tikokkok has also announced a similar feature called AI Alive.

It is worth noting that these two characteristics consciousness the image in different styles, rather than creating creative and abstract videos with source image only as a reference point. In a way, it exceeds an increase feature rather than a generation convenience.

Honor said that its AI feature will be powered by Google’s Ve 2 video generation model. It is possible that Samsung may also use the same model to offer image-to-video feature. In 2024, the company participated in the Galaxy S24 series with the mountain view-based tech veteran to introduce the circle for the search facility to the circle.

Samsung’s AI-mango video generation tool will add to the multimodal abilities of Galaxy AI. The suite already has devices that can produce images from a text prompt or image input. However, so far, there are no video generation tools. It is currently estimated to be part of an anonymous feature a UI 8.0 update.

Tech giants are also allegedly working on an AI-managed video summary equipment. This device is said to be able to generate any online video lesson summary. This feature is allegedly compatible with platforms like YouTube and Vimeo.
