The Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has said that he will always be ready to serve his country in matters of national interest to lead India’s message against terrorism.

Less than an hour after the Center’s announcement, the Congress said that opposition leader Rahul Gandhi had presented four names from his party to include Union Minister Kiren Rijiju in the delegation. Mr. Tharoor was not named in the list.
