Sources told NDTV that an F -16 supersonic fighter jet of the Pakistan Air Force was shot in the evening by an Indian surface -to -air missile defense system. It comes to target Jammu with drones and missiles amidst Pakistan’s dramatic efforts.
F -16 flew from Sargodha Airport in Pakistan, a major Air Force station of the Pakistani Air Force. Sources said the Indian Sam (Surface-to-air missile) shot the fighter jet near Sargodha Air Base. The F -16 is one of the main grounds of the Pakistani Air Force, which has Chinese and French fighter jets.
Sargodha is a front-line airport in Pakistan and is one of the heaviest defense in the country, which is located in the Punjab province of the country.
