Accused Tavavur Hussain Rana stepped into a court to allow his family members to talk to his family members on 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks in jail.
On April 19, Rana filed a petition before his lawyer to Special Judge Hardeep Kaur, who directed the NIA to file a reply by 23 April on Monday.
The 64-year-old Pakistani-man canadai businessman was sent to custody for 18 days by a court on 10 April.
The NIA accused the criminal conspiracy as a part of the criminal conspiracy, the accused David Coleman Headley discussed the entire operation with Rana before a visit to India.
Estimating possible challenges, Headley sent an email to Rana giving details of his belongings and assets, the NIA told the court that he was demanding his remand.
