The Bengaluru man asked Tiki to get a cigarette, drives him to refuse him

A shocking incident came to light in Bengaluru on Saturday, where a software professional was killed after a small quarrel after bringing cigarettes for another person. The stranger, who asked the software professional to bring a cigarette for him, allegedly inserted his car into the man’s motorcycle from behind and now he has been arrested by the police.

The victim has been identified as 29 -year -old HN Sanjay, a resident of Vajarhalli in Bengaluru. The incident took place in Vasantpura Cross on Kanakpura Road. 31 -year -old PRETEK, a resident of Rajarajeshwari Nagar, works as a manager in a private company.

The police have received CCTV footage of the horrific incident and registered a case of murder.

According to the police, on May 10, Sanjay was smoking a cigarette along the road with his friend Chetan Pujamath. Both came out to take a short break from work in the early hours.

At that time, the accused, Pretake, reached the spot in his car and Sanjay asked the roadside seller to buy cigarettes for him, while he sat in the vehicle.

Sanjay refused to bring cigarettes and reprimanded the pretek for his lazy and entitled behavior, which led to a hot argument.

Local people intervened and managed to reduce the situation, after which Pretake left anger and parked his vehicle a short distance away.

Later, when Sanjay and Chetan were going back to their office on the motorcycle of East, Pretake allegedly inserted their car into their bikes from behind. After hitting the footpath, Sanjay suffered a serious head injury and died on Tuesday due to his injuries in the hospital.

Chetan, who was riding Pillian, also faced serious injuries and is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital.

At the time of the incident, the accused was allegedly in a state and was returning home with his wife after attending a party.

Subramanpura police is further investigating the case, and more details are expected to emerge.
