The iPhone 17 series is expected to be announced in September. The lineup includes four models – iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air (or Slim), iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The initial iPhone 17 Pro Leaks suggested the possibility of a rigorous design change, but now Mark Gurman of Bloomberg says that this may not happen. The iPhone 17 Pro is said to be similar to the design of the iPhone 16 Pro, however, the back camera layout of the upcoming model may look different.

Mark Gurman in his latest weekly power on newspaper State america That he is not expecting a ‘specially bold new look’ with the iPhone 17 Pro. The front design of the phone will allegedly look similar to last year’s iPhone 16 Pro, while the back camera will look ‘meaningfully different’.

iPhone 17 Pro cannot get double tone design

Apple was rumored to use a dual-tone back panel for the iPhone 17 Pro, with a dark-black camera block above a silver iPhone, but Gurman says that it may not happen. The analyst said, “The camera area will be the same color as the rest of the device. It speaks for more gradual design changes that are making Apple: iPhone 17 Pro does not have a major departure from the current model,” the analyst said.

In addition, Gurman mentioned that more important iPhone changes are expected in 2027, coincide with the 20th anniversary of the iPhone. Apple can launch both a foldable model and “bold new pro model”.

The iPhone 17 series is likely to be official in September this year. In the lineup, the pro model is tipped for an aluminum frame and run on the A19 Pro chip of Apple. They are asked to pack 12 GB RAM. Standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 can run with the support of 8GB RAM on Slim/Air A18 or A19 chip.
