Army Air Defense Director General Lt Gen Sumer Ivan D’Kunha on Monday highlighted the country’s military capabilities and said that the backdrop of Operation Sindoor in India has the arsenal capacity of the striking targets at the full depth of Pakistan.
In an interview with ANI, Lieutenant General D’Kunha said, “The whole of Pakistan is within the range.” He said that even though they transfer the general headquarters (GHQ) of the Pakistan Army (GHQ) from Rawalpindi to areas like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), they have to “find a darker hole.”
India’s aggressive attacks during Operation Sindoor targeted the major Pakistani airbase with accuracy, use Loitering Munitions to destroy high-value goals.
Lieutenant General D. Kunha said, “I just like to say that India has sufficient weapons to move across its depth to Pakistan. Therefore, from its largest, wherever it is, it is within the whole of Pakistan. We are completely, from our borders, from where we can move completely. They want to move all the borders but they are all within the limits, so they have to find a deep hole, so they have to find a deep hole.”

Modern indigenous technology, including long distance drones and guided sages, played an important role in the success of the operation.
Lieutenant General D’Kunha further said that the primary duty of the armed forces is protecting the sovereignty of the country and its people.
“Our job is to protect our sovereignty, our people … Therefore, I think a lot of fact is that we are able to protect our motherland from this attack, which aims to cause a lot of problems in population centers and in our cantonment, by the fact that we have assured our people that we have not only ensured our civilian population … and we have ensured that we did not have a soldier that it was not only a person. Feeling proud, it made the families feel proud.
Operation Sindoor of India displayed its preparations in the modern war, especially in neutralizing drones and other advanced technologies.
The operation highlighted India’s integrated command structures, causing spontaneous coordination between various military branches.
Operation Sindoor reflected India’s “Sheshupala Doctrine”, including exercising patience until the predetermined threshold of the provocation is not crossed, followed by decisive action.
The operation moved from reactive defense to active safety theory, showing India’s will to take adventure action against terrorism.
