The iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro can dig the titanium for Max aluminum frames

Apple is believed to announce its iPhone 17 family in the second week of September. The iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to replace the ‘Plus’ version, is likely to be a game-chain in the new lineup with a slim design. Many leaks and rumors have already suggested its design and specifications. Now, a new report suggests that the iPhone 17 can be the only new iPhone model to facilitate air titanium frame.

iPhone 17 Air asked for the facility of titanium frame

Macromers, citing an investor note by analyst Jeff Pu from Equity Research firm GF Securities, Informed The iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to be unveiled as the successor of last year’s iPhone 16 Plus, will arrive with a titanium frame. The iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max models will be allegedly equipped with an aluminum frame.

Apple used a titanium frame for its iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max model. Whereas, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models came up with an aluminum frame. The report states that Apple is asked to use the titanium as it is claimed to offer better durability that can help maintain the structural integrity of the alleged thin design of the iPhone 17 Air. However, the report also notes that aluminum is lighter than titanium and can be a better option.

The iPhone 17 series is expected to have a different design for each model. He rumored that the Apple smartphone is expected to be launched between September 8 and 12 September. According to a recent report, the iPhone 17 Pro model can be powered by Apple’s A19 Pro Chip, which is paired with 12GB RAM, while the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air May uses the standard A19 chip with 8GB RAM.

Additionally, the iPhone 17 Pro and Non-Pro model have been extended to facilitate a 6.3-inch display. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Air can sports a 6.5-inch screen, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to get a 6.9-inch display.
