A 23 -year -old man entered the residence of Bollywood actor Salman Khan illegally in Mumbai -Galaxy apartment – earlier this week, police said on Thursday. The person, identified as Jitendra Kumar Singh, entered the house on May 20 at 7:15 pm.
According to the police, Singh was first seen walking in Shri Khan’s house in Bandra around 9:45 am. The police officer posted to protect Mr. Khan asked him to leave. Angered by this, Singh threw his mobile phone on the ground and broke it. On the same day in the evening, Singh entered the Galaxy apartment in a car belonging to the person living in the same building. However, he was again stopped by the police, and this time, he handed him over to the Bandra police, the officials said.
During interrogation, Singh told the police that he wanted to meet the actor. “The police was not allowing me to meet him, so I was trying to hide,” he said.
Singh, a resident of Chhattisgarh, was arrested, and a case was filed against him. Police said that further investigation is going on.
Salman Khan has been subject to a high security cover since the attack on his home last year. He was upgraded to Y+ security after the firing incident.
On April 14 last year, two bike-related men opened fire at Shri Khan’s Bandra Niwas with four rounds and fled from the spot.
Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang claimed responsibility for firing in a Facebook post and also said that it was responsible for the murder of Maharashtra Minister Baba Siddiq-66-year-old politician who was about to go close to Salman Khan. The gangster, who is in jail, has a long fight with the actor and has released several dangers in the past. The quarrel arises from the Blackbuck shooting case as the Bisnoi community considers Blackbucks to be sacred.
Mr. Khan has also received many deaths in the previous years, especially after being convicted in the 1998 Blackbuck shooting case.
Earlier this year, he received a threat of death through WhatsApp message, which was sent to the Transport Department of Mumbai to Worli. In a threatening message, the accused warned of killing the actor by entering his house and blowing his car with a bomb.
Officials said a case has been registered against an unknown person at Worli police station, which has sent the message.
