The MediaTek Dymenties 9500 SoC extended to offer better rays trace and AI performance; Specifications leakage

Dimentaend 9500 SoC is rumored to develop as the latest flagship-tier smartphone processor from MediaTek. Shortly after this year, from its anticipated beginning, a tipster suggests that it can be coined using the TSMC’s N3P process (3Nm). Powered by the latest Cortex-X9 series core of ARM, chipset has been estimated to bring reforms related to Ray Tracing and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-a nervous processing unit (NPU) is supported by a nervous processing unit (NPU) that is capable of performing second (tops).

Tipster Digital Chat Station (Translated from Chinese) leaked a type of specifications of the alleged MediaTek Dimtivity 9500 chipset Post Chinese microblogging platform on Weibo. Using the N3P process, SOC is tipped to come up with an octa-core architecture, although its makeup may be different from the previous rumors.

Instead of having a 2 + 6 configuration, the Demitten 9500 chipset may have a cortex-x 930 prime core, called “Travis”, three core “Alto”, and four Cortex-e730 “Gellas” core.

Meanwhile, an NPU 9.0 has been tipped to give 100 tops of AI performance. According to the tipster, the Demitten 9500 chipset will have 16MB L3 cash and 10MB SLC cache.
