The Supreme Court on Friday suspended a decision of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) to suspend Dalit PhD scholar Ramjas KS for its alleged misconduct and anti-national activities, but already rested in this period.
A bench, including Justices Dipankar Dutta and Manmohan, reduced the period of suspension of PhD scholar from two years to Friday.
