Vivo V60 India launch date was given; Said is the first global model to come up with the original

Vivo V60 is expected to be launched in India soon, and a tipster has now suggested that it could come up with a version of the company’s software in the coming weeks that was limited to China earlier. According to the previous leaks, the successor of Vivo V50 has a 6.67 -inch display with Snapdragon 7 gene 4 chipset and 1.5K resolution. Vivo V60 is also expected to pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W charging support.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) on X claimed that Vivo V60 would be launched in India on 19 August. Tipster said that Originos based on Android 16 will debut in the country with the phone. So far, global versions of the company’s smartphone have sent with funtouchos instead of the original skin available to users in China.

It is worth noting that Vivo has not yet announced any information related to Vivo V60. This recently surfaced on Sirim and TUV websites with model number V2511. The listing suggested 90W fast charging support on the phone. It is likely to come up with upgrades on the current Vivo V50 model.

The remaining specifications of the Vivo V60 are called the same as Vivo S30. The Chinese market was unveiled in May with an initial price tag of CNY 2,699 (about Rs 32,000) for the 12GB + 256GB storage model in China.

The Vivo S30 has a 6.67-inch 1.5K (1,260 × 2,800 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 General 4SOC, which is in association with up to 12 GB of RAM. The handset packed up to 512GB storage and 50-megapixel selfie camera.

For optics, the Vivo S30 has a triple rear camera unit including a 50-megapixel Sony Lyt700V 1/1.56-inch sensor, 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera and an 8-megapixel ultravide camera. It has a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and supports facial identification.
