The European Union and all 27 member states issued a joint announcement supporting India’s position, while France, Netherlands and Japan issued separate but alignment statements.

The United States expressed solidarity with India after initial precautions. According to government sources, President Donald Trump described the attack in the initiative as “disgusting” and supported India’s right to respond to the acts of terror. He advised both sides to pursue de-escase. Vice President JD Vance, however, adopted a more restrained tone, stated that “this is fundamentally a regional matter.” Mr. Vance said that while Washington will insist on de-escation, it will not try to intervene directly. “This is not America’s war,” he said.

Government sources said that many Islamic countries have also supported India’s situation on the war of terror.
