A former official of the government’s think tank result is complained to Air India about an unpleasant experience while flying the business class in an aircraft owned by the Tata group.
Urvashi Prasad, who says that she was a director in the office of Neeti Ayog Vice Chairman, posted two photos on X, which she was identified as part of a broken seat.
A rectangular panel came out of the business class seat which he booked.
“Air India Flight AI 2996 Broken seats in Business Class in Bombay to Delhi … Only the aircraft can expect,” Ms. Prasad, the only lateral entry working with three gradual vice chairpersons in Niti Aayog, said in the post on X.

Focusing on the post, Air India replied saying that it would focus on the matter.
“Dear Ms. Prasad, we are worried to note it. Your response is important to us, and we will ensure that it is immediately addressed,” Air India said.
While passengers have often posted complaints against claiming a decrease in Air India services, the airline also asked the press to prevent the airline from reducing the reputation without confirming the facts.

Air India said it blows millions of passengers and “such misleading news reports fulfilled the airline’s resolve for customer concentration and sympathy”.
